Design Hotel Droog @Amsterdam

Right in the middle of the historical centre of Amsterdam you will find Hotel Droog, a place where you can shop design, have a drink, some food, check out exhibitions and even grab a bed for the night! Hotel droog is housed in 700 square meters in a beautiful 17th century building! If you like design and good food, this is the place to be! 

HAY store in Amsterdam

For everyone that loves design and especially Danish or Scandinavian design, good news, check out the HAY store in Amsterdam on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 326! It has been open for a while but I love hanging out at this store, especially because there is a coffee corner by the ‘Koffie Salon’. I must say it’s not yet like the HAY house I went to in Copenhagen, but it’s still beautiful on the inside!

Cottoncake & Coffee

Have you been to Cottoncake yet? It’s a super cute store in the heart of the lovely neighborhood: de Pijp in Amsterdam. At Cottoncake it’s all about Scandinavian fashion & Coffee! It’s awesome to sit upstairs, admire the fashion and relax with your laptop and work on my blog, yes there is wifi! My favorites? The cappuccinos and the high teas!

Love Stories Intimates

This is such a beautiful store in the city center of Amsterdam. I fell in love with it when I saw it for the first time in a Concept store in the Pijp in Amsterdam. LOVED IT! They have soft underwear, it can’t get any more comfortable I can tell you 😉 I also bought a thingy to put over my eyes made out of soft material, it’s for the 24 hour flight to Sydney in 3 months, I’ll definitely need it! haha

RAAK @Amsterdam

This is where it all started. First with an interior accessories shop, then combined with fashion. RAAK in the Pijp is a smaller shop than the one on the Leidsestraat. But if you are looking for a nice gift for someone else or even for yourself, then this is definitely worth a stop! What do they sell? They have living accessories, think of candles mainly, table plates and glasses, bags, jewelry and casual outfits! I mostly love their jeans, they are from Dr Denim, so comfortable!

The World of Sukha @Amsterdam

Sukha in Amsterdam is a cosy warehouse in the center of Amsterdam and well known for its eco-friendly mindset. All the items found in the store have a sustainable background,and are Dutch designed. The shop has an awesome interior as well! Fulled with lovely wool and a great tent when you come in. They sell gorgeous knitted scarves and gloves, and also have gorgeous leather travel bags!

Circle of Trust Concept Store

A new store opened in my neighborhood in Amsterdam! It’s called Circle of Trust and is a great concept store! One to add on the Amsterdam Concept stores list! Circle of Trust wants to contribute to the environment by raising awareness for the true estate of the planet.

The Loft @Amsterdam

Are you familiar with the yearly ‘Loft‘ principle? And have you seen this winter’s Loft? It is located on the Singel 512, in the old Vaudeville Theater. This edition was a great success again, a loft filled with design, vintage and much more!
