Summer Salad with Peaches

Getting excited for the summer? I am… The sun is finally starting to shine and it’s getting warmer and warmer (at least in the South it is, in Amsterdam we have to be lucky to get some heat 😉 )! The sun and the heat made me feel like making a delicious fresh salad as starter! I tried something new and added peaches to make my salad sweet and tasty! Have a look at the recipe 🙂
